Church Farm House is a Grade II listed building, some sections of which date to around 1570. The varying levels, steps and high thresholds within the house and its steep, winding staircase are of a type one would expect in a building of this age.
There is a ground floor cloakroom suitable for use by guests who can navigate two steps to a lower level and the staircase to the first floor has a sturdy handrail, so the house is suitable for those guests who do not have full mobility but are capable of climbing stairs. However, because these are no bedrooms on the ground floor, Church Farm House is not suitable for wheelchair users.
